Solar appointments, booked and confirmed

We generate the solar enquiry, call the homeowner, check the roof, the ownership and the reason they enquired - then either put them through to your sales line or book a survey slot your surveyor can actually drive to. Your team arrives at a house that is expecting them.

The numbers behind the appointments

A proven lead-generation engine, now carrying prospects further down the funnel.

One enquiry.
Three ways it reaches your team.

All three start with the same demand generation. The difference is whether our call team has already had the conversation before the opportunity reaches your closers.

Your call team
A standard lead

Your team starts the conversation

0conversations before delivery Contact details and an expression of interest, nothing more

Your team makes first contact

  • Your team calls, follows up and qualifies
  • No conversation has taken place yet
  • Speed to contact sits entirely with you
  • Best when you have strong internal contact capacity

You pay for the lead delivered. This is our pay-per-lead product, and it suits teams with the capacity to make first contact quickly.

Talk about appointments

Phone-based solar teams tend to take transfers. Field sales and survey teams tend to take diary slots. Plenty of clients run both, split by area or by time of day.

From solar enquiry to a live call or a booked slot

We agree the rules first, then build one joined-up acquisition and qualification flow around the capacity of your sales team.

  1. Define the appointment

We agree service areas, exclusions, project criteria, diary capacity and what your team needs to know before attending.

  2. Generate demand

Our paid social, PPC (Google Ads), landing-page and creative teams generate solar enquiries under the campaign model agreed with you.

  3. Speak and qualify

The prospect is contacted and their interest and key details are checked - then either a suitable appointment time is agreed or they are held on the line for transfer.

  4. Transfer or book

On a transfer campaign the prospect is introduced and put through to your sales line there and then. On an appointment campaign the booking and qualification notes enter your diary or CRM, ready for your sales team to pick up.

Your rules decide what counts as qualified

No two solar campaigns qualify the same way. You set the questions, thresholds and exclusions before volume starts. Every prospect is then checked against them on the phone, before a transfer or a diary slot goes anywhere near your sales team.

Delivered into your chosen diary or CRM

This is an illustrative brief. Your campaign fields and pass criteria are agreed during setup.

The appointments promise

Rejections happen, we replace

If an appointment does not meet the criteria we agreed, you send it back and we replace it. A rejection policy is included in every campaign, set against the commercials agreed before launch - not argued about afterwards.

No long lead-in

Get started in 48 hours

Once onboarding confirms your areas, criteria and diary capacity, your campaign can be live and booking within 48 hours.

Our own demand

You focus on sales

We generate our own leads and buy direct from the source, so the conversations that fill your diary are ours to make. Your closers spend their time closing, not chasing.

24/7 campaign management

Dedicated account managers

We are highly responsive to our appointment clients and their feedback. Contact us through one of our channels, including WhatsApp, and your dedicated account manager will respond at the earliest available opportunity.

Room to grow

Scale with us as we generate the data

Every campaign builds data on what books, what attends and what sells. As it compounds, we scale your volume on evidence rather than guesswork.

Steady flow

Reliable, consistent appointments

Volume is agreed against your diary capacity and delivered week in, week out - a flow your field and sales teams can plan around.

What a qualified solar appointment actually means

Solar is a considered purchase. A homeowner who fills in a form on a Tuesday evening is curious, not committed - and by the time your surveyor calls on Thursday they have usually had three other companies on the phone. Pay per appointment closes that gap. We speak to the homeowner within minutes of the enquiry, while the reason they were looking is still fresh, and we only pass on the ones your team can genuinely sell to.

The checks that matter in solar are specific. Tenure, because a tenant cannot authorise a roof installation. Roof type and orientation, because a north-facing terrace with three dormers is a wasted journey. Current energy spend, because it sets the payback conversation your closer is going to have. And who else needs to be in the room, because a survey where one partner says "I'll have to speak to the other one" is a survey you pay for twice.

Every appointment is agreed with the homeowner for a specific date and time, then confirmed before it reaches you. That is why 82% of the appointments we book are attended. Your surveyors spend the day surveying instead of driving to empty driveways.

Solar appointments start from £130. The exact price depends on the area you cover, how tight your qualification brief is and the volume you want each week. There is no contract and no notice period - if the appointments do not convert, you stop. Revenue share is also available in solar, where you pay us out of the sale rather than for the appointment.

We run our own solar brands and landing pages rather than buying leads from a marketplace, so the demand behind your diary is ours to control and ours to fix when a campaign needs work. Those campaigns have generated appointments for Spark Energy, HS Energy and Help 4 Homes, alongside our pay-per-lead solar clients including UPS Solar, Utilita and SolarXpress.

Model the diary before you scale it

Change the assumptions and the diary figures update as you type. Attendance and close rate move your cost per sale far more than a cheap headline lead price does.

Documented before launch
  1. What happens with cancellations and no-shows?

The treatment is agreed campaign by campaign because an in-home survey, telephone consultation and finance appointment are not the same. Before launch we document what each of these means for your campaign - and the evidence and time window for raising it.

    • Attended
    • Cancelled
    • Rescheduled
    • Unqualified
    • Disputed
  2. How is data and calling handled?

The workflow is agreed for the campaign and written down. UK direct-marketing rules can vary by channel and sector, so it is documented rather than reduced to a vague "compliant leads" badge. See our privacy policy.

    • Collection notices
    • Sharing language
    • Contact scripts
    • Suppression rules
    • Responsibilities
  3. When does a live transfer count?

Agreed campaign by campaign, in the same way attendance is. Before launch we document the minimum connected time before a transfer counts, who at your end can accept one, the hours transfers can be sent, and what happens when a call drops or nobody picks up.

Solar appointment FAQs

How much does a solar appointment cost?

Solar appointments start from £130 per booked appointment. The price depends on the area you cover, the qualification criteria you set and the weekly volume you need. Pricing is agreed before launch and there is no contract or notice period.

Do you check the roof before booking a solar survey?

Yes. On the qualification call we capture roof type, rough orientation and any obvious shading, along with property tenure. Where a property clearly will not suit your product, it does not become an appointment.

Are the homeowners bill-payers or grant enquiries?

That is your call. We can run able-to-pay solar campaigns, funding-led campaigns, or both split by area - the enquiry route and the qualification questions are set against whichever you sell.

What if the customer is not in when our surveyor arrives?

Every appointment is agreed with the homeowner and confirmed before it reaches your diary, which is why 82% are attended. No-show treatment, evidence and the window for raising one are documented in your campaign terms before launch.

Can we take live transfers instead of booked surveys?

Yes. On a transfer campaign we introduce the homeowner and put them through to your sales line while they are still on the phone. Plenty of solar clients run both - transfers for the phone team, booked surveys for the field team.

Is revenue share available on solar appointments?

Revenue share is available in solar, so you pay from the sale rather than the appointment. Whether it fits depends on your average order value, your close rate and the reporting you can share back - we work that through on the discovery call.

Give your solar team a diary worth opening

Tell us the postcodes and weekly capacity you want to fill. We will map the solar qualification brief and confirm whether a pay-per-appointment campaign is the right model.
