Insulation appointments, surveyed and qualified
We generate the insulation enquiry, call the homeowner, check the property, what insulation is already there and whether they are funding-eligible or paying - then either transfer them to your line or book the survey. Your surveyors stop measuring lofts that were done in 2019.

The numbers behind the appointments
A proven lead-generation engine, now carrying prospects further down the funnel.
Last month we qualified, confirmed and booked 1,200 appointments straight into client diaries
82 of every 100 booked appointments are attended, because every prospect is spoken to and the time is confirmed before it reaches you
Since 2018 we have created over 3,000,000 leads across every channel we buy
Media buyers, qualifiers and account managers - an award-winning team of 35+ UK staff behind every booking

One enquiry.
Three ways it reaches your team.
All three start with the same demand generation. The difference is whether our call team has already had the conversation before the opportunity reaches your closers.
Your team starts the conversation
Your team makes first contact
- Your team calls, follows up and qualifies
- No conversation has taken place yet
- Speed to contact sits entirely with you
- Best when you have strong internal contact capacity
You pay for the lead delivered. This is our pay-per-lead product, and it suits teams with the capacity to make first contact quickly.
Connected while they are still on the phone
Straight to your sales line
- Our call team speaks to the prospect and matches them against your criteria
- Warm introduction, then put through to your sales line
- No callback gap and no no-show to manage
- Needs a closer free to take the call in your hours
An agreed time in your team's diary
Booked into your diary
- Our call team speaks to the prospect and matches them against your criteria
- Date, time and appointment type agreed with the prospect
- Booking and qualification notes land in your diary or CRM
- Works around survey routes and fixed field capacity
Phone-based insulation teams tend to take transfers. Field sales and survey teams tend to take diary slots. Plenty of clients run both, split by area or by time of day.
From insulation enquiry to a live call or a booked slot
We agree the rules first, then build one joined-up acquisition and qualification flow around the capacity of your sales team.
-
Define the appointment
We agree service areas, exclusions, project criteria, diary capacity and what your team needs to know before attending.
-
Generate demand
Our paid social, PPC (Google Ads), landing-page and creative teams generate insulation enquiries under the campaign model agreed with you.
-
Speak and qualify
The prospect is contacted and their interest and key details are checked - then either a suitable appointment time is agreed or they are held on the line for transfer.
-
Transfer or book
On a transfer campaign the prospect is introduced and put through to your sales line there and then. On an appointment campaign the booking and qualification notes enter your diary or CRM, ready for your sales team to pick up.
Your rules decide what counts as qualified
No two insulation campaigns qualify the same way. You set the questions, thresholds and exclusions before volume starts. Every prospect is then checked against them on the phone, before a transfer or a diary slot goes anywhere near your sales team.

Rejections happen, we replace
If an appointment does not meet the criteria we agreed, you send it back and we replace it. A rejection policy is included in every campaign, set against the commercials agreed before launch - not argued about afterwards.
Get started in 48 hours
Once onboarding confirms your areas, criteria and diary capacity, your campaign can be live and booking within 48 hours.
You focus on sales
We generate our own leads and buy direct from the source, so the conversations that fill your diary are ours to make. Your closers spend their time closing, not chasing.
Dedicated account managers
We are highly responsive to our appointment clients and their feedback. Contact us through one of our channels, including WhatsApp, and your dedicated account manager will respond at the earliest available opportunity.
Scale with us as we generate the data
Every campaign builds data on what books, what attends and what sells. As it compounds, we scale your volume on evidence rather than guesswork.
Reliable, consistent appointments
Volume is agreed against your diary capacity and delivered week in, week out - a flow your field and sales teams can plan around.

What a qualified insulation appointment actually means
Insulation surveys go wrong for boring, expensive reasons. The loft is already done. The cavity was filled by the previous owner. The property is a tenant's and the landlord has never been asked. None of that shows up on a web form, and all of it shows up when your surveyor is already parked outside.
The qualification call is built to catch exactly those. We check tenure and permission, house type and wall construction, whether the loft is accessible and what insulation is already in it. We also establish which route the household is on - benefit-eligible funding, partial funding or paying in full - because a surveyor selling a funded measure and a surveyor selling a paid install need different conversations.
Insulation is one of the sectors where our own organic assets do the heavy lifting. Our insulation sites pull around 7,500 organic users a month, which means a share of the appointments in your diary cost nothing to acquire and everything to qualify. Our insulation clients include Nutec, Warmer Solutions, SC Homes and Southern ECO.
Insulation appointments start from £130. The price depends on the area, how tight the brief is and the weekly volume your survey team can absorb. There is no contract and no notice period, and a rejection policy is included in every campaign.
If you would rather take the enquiry raw and qualify it yourself, insulation leads are available on pay per lead from £22.

What happens with cancellations and no-shows?
The treatment is agreed campaign by campaign because an in-home survey, telephone consultation and finance appointment are not the same. Before launch we document what each of these means for your campaign - and the evidence and time window for raising it.
- Attended
- Cancelled
- Rescheduled
- Unqualified
- Disputed
-
How is data and calling handled?
The workflow is agreed for the campaign and written down. UK direct-marketing rules can vary by channel and sector, so it is documented rather than reduced to a vague "compliant leads" badge. See our privacy policy.
- Collection notices
- Sharing language
- Contact scripts
- Suppression rules
- Responsibilities

When does a live transfer count?
Agreed campaign by campaign, in the same way attendance is. Before launch we document the minimum connected time before a transfer counts, who at your end can accept one, the hours transfers can be sent, and what happens when a call drops or nobody picks up.

Insulation appointment FAQs
How much does an insulation appointment cost?
Insulation appointments start from £130 per booked appointment. The price depends on the area you cover, the qualification criteria you set and the weekly volume you need. Pricing is agreed before launch, with no contract and no notice period.
Do you check what insulation is already installed?
Yes. The qualification call captures what is already there and roughly when it was done, along with wall construction and loft access. Properties that clearly do not need the measure you install do not become appointments.
Can you separate funded and able-to-pay households?
Yes. Which route a household is on is one of the agreed criteria, and campaigns can be split so funded and paying enquiries go to different teams or different diaries.
Do you book appointments for tenants?
Only where you accept them and landlord permission has been established on the call. If you only survey owner-occupied properties, tenure is a hard pass criterion and tenants are filtered out.
What happens if an appointment does not meet the criteria?
You send it back and we replace it. A rejection policy is included in every campaign, with the evidence required and the time window for raising one agreed before launch rather than argued afterwards.
Can we buy insulation leads instead of appointments?
Yes. Insulation leads are available on pay per lead from £22, exclusive to you and delivered to your CRM the second the form is submitted.
