Innovation & Tech Business of the Year 2026

Qualified appointments ready to close

We generate the enquiry, speak to the prospect, check they match your brief - then either put them straight through to your sales line or book an agreed time in your team's diary. Your closers receive a person who is expecting the conversation - not another number to chase.

The numbers behind the appointments

A proven lead-generation engine, now carrying prospects further down the funnel.

One enquiry.
Three ways it reaches your team.

All three start with the same demand generation. The difference is whether our call team has already had the conversation before the opportunity reaches your closers.

Your call team
A standard lead

Your team starts the conversation

0conversations before delivery Contact details and an expression of interest, nothing more

Your team makes first contact

  • Your team calls, follows up and qualifies
  • No conversation has taken place yet
  • Speed to contact sits entirely with you
  • Best when you have strong internal contact capacity

You pay for the lead delivered. This is our pay-per-lead product, and it suits teams with the capacity to make first contact quickly.

  • Booking and qualification notes land in your diary or CRM
  • Works around survey routes and fixed field capacity
Talk about appointments

Phone-based sales teams tend to take transfers. Field sales and survey teams tend to take diary slots. Plenty of clients run both, split by area or by time of day.

From campaign click to a live call or a booked slot

We agree the rules first, then build one joined-up acquisition and qualification flow around the capacity of your sales team.

  1. Define the appointment

We agree service areas, exclusions, project criteria, diary capacity and what your team needs to know before attending.

  2. Generate demand

Our paid social, PPC (Google Ads), landing-page and creative teams generate enquiries under the campaign model agreed with you.

  3. Speak and qualify

The prospect is contacted and their interest and key details are checked - then either a suitable appointment time is agreed or they are held on the line for transfer.

  4. Transfer or book

On a transfer campaign the prospect is introduced and put through to your sales line there and then. On an appointment campaign the booking and qualification notes enter your diary or CRM, ready for your sales team to pick up.

Your rules decide what counts as qualified

A solar survey and a window quotation need different answers. You set the questions, thresholds and exclusions before volume starts. Every prospect is then checked against them on the phone, before a transfer or a diary slot goes anywhere near your sales team.

Delivered into your chosen diary or CRM

This is an illustrative brief. Your campaign fields and pass criteria are agreed during setup.

The appointments promise

Rejections happen, we replace

If an appointment does not meet the criteria we agreed, you send it back and we replace it. A rejection policy is included in every campaign, set against the commercials agreed before launch - not argued about afterwards.

No long lead-in

Get started in 48 hours

Once onboarding confirms your areas, criteria and diary capacity, your campaign can be live and booking within 48 hours.

Our own demand

You focus on sales

We generate our own leads and buy direct from the source, so the conversations that fill your diary are ours to make. Your closers spend their time closing, not chasing.

24/7 campaign management

Dedicated account managers

We are highly responsive to our appointment clients and their feedback. Contact us through one of our channels, including WhatsApp, and your dedicated account manager will respond at the earliest available opportunity.

Room to grow

Scale with us as we generate the data

Every campaign builds data on what books, what attends and what sells. As it compounds, we scale your volume on evidence rather than guesswork.

Steady flow

Reliable, consistent appointments

Volume is agreed against your diary capacity and delivered week in, week out - a flow your field and sales teams can plan around.

Model the diary before you scale it

Change the assumptions and the diary figures update as you type. Attendance and close rate move your cost per sale far more than a cheap headline lead price does.

Your assumptions

Every figure here is illustrative. Your appointment price is agreed campaign by campaign.

Documented before launch
  1. What happens with cancellations and no-shows?

The treatment is agreed campaign by campaign because an in-home survey, telephone consultation and finance appointment are not the same. Before launch we document what each of these means for your campaign - and the evidence and time window for raising it.

    • Attended
    • Cancelled
    • Rescheduled
    • Unqualified
    • Disputed
  2. How is data and calling handled?

The workflow is agreed for the campaign and written down. UK direct-marketing rules can vary by channel and sector, so it is documented rather than reduced to a vague "compliant leads" badge. See our privacy policy.

    • Collection notices
    • Sharing language
    • Contact scripts
    • Suppression rules
    • Responsibilities
  3. When does a live transfer count?

Agreed campaign by campaign, in the same way attendance is. Before launch we document the minimum connected time before a transfer counts, who at your end can accept one, the hours transfers can be sent, and what happens when a call drops or nobody picks up.

    • Minimum duration
    • Accepted
    • Dropped
    • Out of hours
    • Disputed

Qualified appointment FAQs

What is the difference between a lead and a qualified appointment?

A lead has expressed interest and supplied contact details. A qualified appointment has also been spoken to, checked against the agreed campaign criteria and booked for an agreed date and time.

Are appointments exclusive?

Appointment distribution and exclusivity are agreed in your campaign terms. Our standard approach is built around a defined buyer, geography and qualification brief rather than an open marketplace.

Can you book into our calendar or CRM?

Yes. The handover can be designed around your available diary slots and existing workflow. We confirm the practical integration during setup before appointments go live.

Can we choose the qualification questions?

Yes. We will advise on a workable call flow, but the pass criteria must reflect what your sales team can genuinely service and close.

Which sectors can you support?

Solar, windows and doors, insulation, heat pumps and other home-improvement journeys are natural fits. We also assess finance, legal and other consultation-led sectors where the qualification and contact rules are appropriate.

Do you guarantee attendance or sales?

No responsible supplier can guarantee how every person behaves or how a sales conversation closes. We agree the appointment definition, confirmation process, no-show treatment and reporting rules so performance can be assessed transparently.

How quickly can volume start?

Timing depends on sector, geography, diary capacity, creative approvals and the qualification brief. We set a launch plan after checking that the campaign can be delivered without sacrificing quality.

Give your closers a diary worth opening

Tell us the sectors, postcodes and weekly capacity you want to fill. We will map the qualification brief and confirm whether a Pay-Per-Appointment campaign is the right model.
