Business Development Manager

Lead Pronto are a fast growing Lead Generation Company based on the Wirral. Due to further growth, we have a new position available for a Business Development Manager, to aid the flow of marketing and website activities.

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic sales person to join our dynamic team at Lead Pronto (https://leadpronto.co.uk). This permanent position is well suited to an individual who is looking to advance their career in sales. The role will mean you gain access to a very strong bonus structure within the business along with a great path to learn lead generation.

We work in sectors such as home improvements, broadband, financial claims, loans and over 9 different sectors in total, it's a very diverse and interesting role which will always keep you excited.

The chosen manager must have experience in an outbound role, being used to making outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn messages. Potentially a background in recruitment may well help here as it's a very focused role on certain sectors and company targets.

The actual sale itself is typically easy once speaking to the right person, we offer leads with very little risk from the client. We often find our clients will always want to trial new affiliates so pushy sales tactics are never required, neither are long term or risky commitments needed.

What we need you to be able to do:

10 - 15 key new relationships a year required
Outbound email, LinkedIn and calls is essential
Ability to have high level conversations with CEO’s, MD’s and Directors about lead generation
An understanding of digital marketing and lead generation, along with Pronto’s offering
Data and client prospects will be given to you for the most part, working alongside our marketing manager who will find the company contacts, all you need to do is book appointments with them and assist closing the client
Set meetings and appointments with new partners, closing or at least introducing to Pronto’s Directors
Demonstrating the ability to spot business opportunities across different verticals
Building close relationships with our technology and digital marketing teams
Achieving and exceeding KPIs

What are we looking for in a Business Development Manager?

Sales or recruitment experience
Someone who is driven, articulate and hungry to succeed.
Ideally an exposure to Digital Marketing, but once again this isn't essential.

Pronto runs quite an open and flexible business, by this we mean if you find something you really like and are good at we can place you into that career.

Our modern office and benefits really create a happy culture within the business.

Benefits include commission, outbound sales are paid 5% of client revenue, inbound are 3%. This is uncapped.

This means bonus should be between £1,000 - £2,500 per month after working 6 months. Once your client book is built up you retain the value of these. Without having to manage the client either, your focus will be consistently acquiring new clients and therefore growing your bonus.

Our biddable managers who run the advertising campaigns earn between £1,000 - £2,000 per month based on receiving 5-10% of the client revenue, it's a team effort. Your aim is to sign new clients within our sectors, their aim is to retain the client and produce quality leads.
