Lead Pronto are a fast growing Lead Generation Company based on the Wirral. Due to further growth, we have a new position available for a Paid Social Media & PPC Executive, to aid the flow of marketing and website activities.

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Marketer to join our dynamic team at Lead Pronto (https://leadpronto.co.uk). This permanent position is well suited to an individual who is looking to advance their career in marketing and operations. The role will mean you gain access to a very strong bonus structure within the business along with a great path to learn lead generation.
We work in sectors such a broadband, financial claims, home improvement, loans and over 23 different sectors in total, it's a very diverse and interesting role which will always keep you excited.

What we need you to have done in the past:

Creating and managing set up of lead generation campaigns using platforms such as Facebook, Instagram advertising and Google ad campaigns
Managing our FLG accounts which is our lead distribution platform controlling lead flow
1 - 3 years practical experience paid digital marketing, social media marketing roles, preferable within a lead generation environment
Experience working with paid marketing platforms e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Native Platforms, Google Ads etc
Ability to create graphical ads and posts for social media a bonus
Ability to work with designers on creative briefs for smart digital advertising campaigns
Experience with Reporting and Analytics software e.g. Google Analytics
Experience working within CRM systems a bonus (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce etc)
Experience working with platforms such as Instapage, Wordpress, Umbraco is a bonus
Experience creating landing pages is a bonus
An ambitious attitude to career development
Experience with writing punchy advertising copy
A strong communicator
A strong understanding of lead generation
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Highly organised with a strategic and commercial focus




What we need you to be able to do:

Working closely with the Biddable Managers and Directors of the business, to implement and deliver successful strategies across multiple channels and sectors
Work on both organic and paid social media, managing budgets, and improving the ROI from Social Media targeted sales
Create & distribute compelling social content across digital platforms
Creating content and graphics for social media
Marketing campaign management to drive retargeting, engagement, conversion and cross / up-sell
Regularly reporting using analytics, in the form of action plans, status updates and monthly results/KPI's

Bookkeeper & Admin Assistant – Part Time


Location: Birkenhead, Wirral
Salary: £10 - £15 an hour

We are a small, friendly, well-established business, involved in the Digital Industry, who are looking for a Part Time - Book Keeper with some potential for admin work. You can check out our website here www.leadpronto.co.uk to see what we do.

The role will be on a part time basis (approximately15 hours per week) with flexible hours and competitive rates of pay. There will be the opportunity to increase hours and responsibilities as the role progresses.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

· Bookkeeping and regular inputting of expenses into Free Agent.
· Supporting the external accountants.
· Invoicing and chasing payments.
· Regular bank reconciliation.
· Financial reporting
· General admin and office support.
·Payroll – monthly wage notification.

Required:

· 1 - 2 years’ bookkeeping experience.
· Experience chasing clients for payment is key
· Good experience with Excel and financial reporting
· An understanding of accounting principles such as VAT.
· An excellent eye for detail and organisational skills.
· Experience of cloud based accounting software.
· Excellent communication skills.

Due to further growth, we have a new position available for a Digital Intern, to aid the flow of marketing activities and support theDigital and Technical Directors in finalising Website developments.

This will be an exciting role and is a hands-on position, offering great insight and experience in numerous areas of digital marketing and development including SEO, PPC, Online PR, Content prep, Image editing, Social Media, data work. This is a varied role in which you will definitely not get bored, as there’s plenty to do.

We do also see this an organic role, with the position evolving around the right person growing into a more specialised senior position overtime. This means it would be a great starting point for someone looking to get into digital marketing but maybe a little light on experience, but who has the tenacity, the passion and a keen understanding and base knowledge of web design and digital marketing best practises and wants to progress within the industry.
